  Truly a highlight for my wife and I. The trails are well maintained although a little rocky in places so wear appropriate footwear.

  This is an easy trail which takes 2-3 hours to complete and it's very rewarding. It's 7.5km in length or 9.2Km if you complete the loop. The hike in is on a nice groomed path with boardwalks. If you decide to complete the loop (the upper portion of the path on the map) instead of heading back the way you came, it's a bit more rugged but still relatively easy. The main lookout offers a beautiful view of the Gulf of St. Lawrence, hills and the winding road below. Note that, it's good to come here early as the trail gets very busy. My wife and I came here at 8am so we were just about the first ones here. We were even lucky enough to see a cow and a calf moose within 10 meters of us as they walked along the rugged portion of the path (upper loop).

  We did the full loop and stairs which we loved but if you are short on time just go left at the fork and enjoy the stairs and go back the same way.

  good walk. Lots of parking available, toilets too (even one near the end of the walk). Great views over the ocean and the pathway is really well maintained and good for people who are less able. We spent about 1.5 hrs walking from the car to the lookout and back (including time for sitting and admiring the view), but we did walk at a brisk pace

  A great hike for the whole family! My kids loved hiking "through the clouds". It was cool to catch glimpses of the ocean and the winding Cabot trail as the clouds cleared at times. Unfortunately the road itself was closed for a fatal accident before we could complete it.

  Awesome place! The view from the end of the trail is well worth the easy hike. Well marked trail, with lots of info along the way.
